All online training includes 4 twenty minute videos per month, demonstrating advanced and beginner options.

Legs Bum & Tums – Resistance Band exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. A great option for those who want to tone up. Increases your stamina and endurance, increase flexibility and mobility.
