All online training includes 4 twenty minute videos per month, demonstrating advanced and beginner options.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) – Using only your bodyweight, this is a great way to help achieve weight loss and improved fitness by strengthening your heart muscles, burning calories, helping to control appetite, boosting mood through the release of endorphins and reduced arthritis through joint movement, without the need for equipment.

Kettlebell – Using a 4-5kg kettlebell, these videos are designed to help with weight loss & toning along with general fitness. By improving core strength and stability, enhancement of body awareness and coordination, fat burning, increased speed agility, builds lean muscle, improves grip strength.

Legs Bum & Tums – Resistance Band exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. A great option for those who want to tone up. Increases your stamina and endurance, increase flexibility and mobility.
